Disclaimer: By scheduling a service or using the LoadAxis Systems website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1.1 Same-Day Delivery & Removal
LoadAxis Systems offers same-day delivery and removal services subject to availability and advance scheduling. "Same-day" refers to the operational model where the transport unit is delivered, loaded by the customer within the allotted window (typically 6 hours), and removed on the same calendar day.
1.2 Advance Scheduling Requirement
No Last-Minute Bookings: To guarantee same-day service, customers must schedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings made on the day of service are generally not accepted and are subject to express fees if accommodated.
1.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
- On-Site Cancellation: If our driver arrives and service cannot be performed due to site inaccessibility or customer cancellation, a "Dry Run" fee of $150 will apply.
1.4 Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service if the job site is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or if the materials to be removed violate our prohibited items policy. Refunds in such cases are subject to the deduction of the Dry Run fee.
